Important recommendations:
- Clean surfaces, free from oils and grease are crucial before
the application of TecnoCem.
- Do not apply the product at ambient temperatures below 40 degrees
F or over 100 degrees F.
- Avoid applying TecnoCem in severe weather conditions
including high wind, rain, freezing rain, or sand-storms.
- TecnoCem is a mono-component product that only
requires water mixing for preparation. Do not add sand, cement
or any other element that may modify the original formula.
- Do not re-temper or add water if the product has already set
or dried.
- Adhering to the suggested 3/4" maximum thickness is strongly
recommended.
- TecnoCem may not be applied directly to Gypsum,
painted surfaces or water repellent surfaces.
- Junctions between different types of material should be reinforced
using fiberglass mesh.
